I love math.
Math just makes sense to me. When life is complicated, random, unfair, just difficult... I find serenity in the shape, the certainty and the predictable patterns of math.
This year, I am challenging my Grade 9s and myself to be the top performining math class in all of the Alberta schools.
The ultimate measurement is the Alberta Provicial Achievement Tests (PATs) and I challenge your children to be top performers.
My educational background including a Bachelors Degree in Education and my whole teaching life has been about math.
My goal is to light that math fire in my students. I want to hear them say, wow, I can do this! I did it. We did it!
